What are the assessment methods used in ILTC's training programmes?
At ILTC, assessment methods are tailored to the learning objectives and the individual needs of each learner.
At the end of the training, a final assessment, conducted either by the trainer or through an external certified test such as CLOE, is used to measure the skills acquired and the progress made in relation to the learning objectives. The results and the trainer’s observations contribute to the end-of-training review.
Assessment methods are communicated to students and may be adapted to meet their specific needs, particularly in the case of learners with disabilities.
